Characterization is revealed by how a character acts in relationship to other characters. In this seminar, you’ll learn how to understand the dance of submission / prominence that every relationship has, how the four types of status can work together to create intriguing characters (and what will undermine that), six specific ways to raise your characters' substantive status while keeping them believable and relatable, and why varying the status of your characters is the key to dimensionality.
